Lincoln Square Studios
Some years ago, ABC executives came to me with a challenge. They wanted to see if there was a business opportunity to develop programming for cable and charged me with finding new ways to unearth revenue with cable partners. It was a part-time consulting gig with no allocated staff, but I quickly turned it into a lucrative revenue stream by bringing in cable clients like Discovery ID, OWN, HLN to create new content and licensing deals. I brought in millions of dollars in revenue, primarily by repurposing existing assets, and built the foundation for what is now a robust arm of the news division- Lincoln Square Studios.
